We offer a free tier with 2,000 words so you can experience ArticleAudio before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of this free trial to ensure our Service meets your needs before making a purchase.

The free trial allows you to test all core features of the Service, including the text-to-speech functionality and audio quality.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, you are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your request is made within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • You have not extensively used the Service (usage will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis)

After 7 days from your purchase date, refunds for monthly subscriptions are provided at our sole discretion.

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You have not extensively used the Service

After 14 days, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription period.
